The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

• How you found us, first name, last name, email address, phone number, age, motivations to join a circle, mental health conditions, neurodiversity or specific needs, what else you're interested in.
• Previous relevant experience, time and day availability, are you a dad.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Via one of our sign-up forms at Typeform.com.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• If you make a payment via our forms for a membership, we receive your full name and full address via Stripe.

We use the information that you have given us in order to: add you to our WhatsApp Community, contact you via email, locate you, add you to our newsletter, understand your motivations and make sure we are reaching a diversity of different men.

We hold your information so that we can contact you and best serve you as a member of our community.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

• Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting admin at menscircle dot club.
• We have a contractual obligation.
• We have a legal obligation.
• We have a vital interest.

We will never pass on any of your information to third parties without your explicit consent.

How we store your personal information

• Your information is securely stored within cloud storage, WhatsApp, Typeform and Mailchimp.
• If you have a membership with us we keep your personal details indefinitely, unless you request to have them removed.

How we manage your data

• Your data is managed within a secure Gsuite, accessed only by Men's Circle team members, and the integrated TypeForm data management system.
• We will only use your data to create, improve and create strategies around Men's Circle services. Your data will never leave our secure storage, and will not be used externally for any promotional or other purposes.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site so that we can improve it. These are not essential to the website working, so we only use them with your consent. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject. Nothing analytics-related loads until you accept; if you reject or ignore it, none of it runs. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

When you consent, we use the following tools, purely to see which pages and sections are used so that we can improve the site:

• Google Analytics, provided by Google (see Google's privacy policy).
• PostHog, a product-analytics tool hosted in the European Union (see PostHog's privacy policy). With PostHog we also use session replays and heatmaps, which record how visitors move around and interact with a page, such as clicks and scrolling.

Through these tools we may collect: pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, how far you scroll, general device and browser information, and your approximate location (estimated from your IP address, which we do not store in full).

To protect your privacy:

• In session replays, every form field is masked, so we never record anything you type.
• Our sign-up forms, where we ask for personal and sensitive details, are hosted on Typeform, off this website, so analytics and session replays never see them.
• We use this data only to improve Men's Circle. It is never sold, and never shared beyond the providers named above.

The lawful basis we rely on for these analytics cookies is your consent, as required by UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). You can withdraw it at any time via the cookie banner or by clearing this site's cookies.
